[cma-l] Volunteers, charity, and back to work schemes

Hi Ed,

Might be a good idea to come up with a 'back to work' or 'prep for work'
business case to justify the volunteers spending the time at the station -
comparing it with the (lack) of job readiness development they'd get unpaid
in Next to Nowt Land.

I can connect you into a couple of senior people at JC+ to put the case to
- from their point of view, if you can demonstrate you're making claimants
more ready for work than the existing options, you're practically doing
their job for them.
