[cma-l] Ofcom CR Licensing - Region 10

[Associated Broadcast Consultants]

I've long advocated Ofcom bring in a low power, light-touch licencing
regime for FM without all the tiresome bureaucracy and rules.  Maybe this
is a trial of it in London - no licence fee or power restrictions either -
what a bonus! ;-)
