nail on the head Mike ... Ease of operation <> OK, Reliability <> OK,
Quality after sales <> OK            er ??       annoyances     plenty, if
some dip-stick decides to spill their cup of Coffee in it        if that
happens then you tend to struggle with points 1,2 & 3
