[cma-l] Ofcom Licence Changes

Has anyone had their new licence confirmed / awarded to them yet? We didn't
send anything in when we were given X amount of days to argue against the
changes stemming from the DCMS consultation and (what can only be described
as) theatrics in parliament.

I spoke to David Burkin & Sue Williams @ Ofcom a week or two ago and all
they could tell me was that change was coming, imminently.
