That the draft Community Radio (Amendment) Order 2015, which was laid
before this House on 26 February, be approved.

The regulations will then be signed by the end of the week. Ofcom is ready
and will write out and publish guidance shortly. Letters of licence
variation to be sent out week commencing 6th April.
