Voting in the Radio Academy Trustee elections
<http://www.radioacademy.org/about/trustees/2015-trustee-candidates/> is
now open to all members of the Radio Academy and current members of the
Community Media Association.

*Free* membership of the Radio Academy is available to CMA members and you
will need to register as an Affiliate. To register as an Affiliate you need
to provide proof of your membership in an email to lucy at radioacademy.org
using the Subject: Affiliate Request. To check your CMA membership or
rejoin simply email membership at commedia.org.uk or phone 0114 279 5219.

All members will be able to cast two votes. *Voting will close at midnight
on 28th June 2015*.

The Radio Academy has done a lot of work already to restructure and build a
sustainable model to support the radio industry. This is very much in-line
with the new ethos and way of working at the CMA - building a new
invigorated, members-focused organisation. Dom has already been involved in
meetings with the Radio Academy and is keen to see a stronger bond between
the CMA and Radio Academy in order that we can work closer together, build
on successes and learn from each other. Dom has also been a keen member of
the South-West branch of the Radio Academy.

Dom intends to champion the interests and concerns of the community
broadcasting sector to the Radio Academy  – so do use your votes wisely!
