[cma-l] Enter to be a 2015 TalkTalk Digital Hero

[CMA-L]

If you’re a Digital Hero and wish to enter yourself and your project,
select the category you’re most likely to fit into and fill out the quick
and easy entry form. You can enter into more than one category and if you
feel none of the categories relate to you, you can still enter by the last
option (see below)

If you’re nominating someone, simply add their contact details into the
form and type “*this is my nomination*” into the question field about the
project. If you’re happy to disclose that you have nominated a digital
hero, don’t forget to add your name but you can leave this blank if you
want to remain anonymous. The nominated Digital Hero will be contacted
directly from the details provided.
