[cma-l] Station imaging

FM PI codes rarely work the way they want to, particularly in terms of low
signal strengths. I can't see the use-case here, too, of switching to a
different radio station broadcasting different content (often in different
languages). It's annoying enough that my old station The Pulse in Bradford
has a poorly-configured PI code that flicks my car radio off to Tfm or
Hallam so frequently that none of these are listenable-to in the car; I
can't even begin to imagine what it would be like for smaller stations.

If 'Community Radio' stood for something, I'd potentially recommend
branding yourselves with a leading "CR" in the RDS name, so you'd have "CR
VOICE" or "CR RINSE", to aid people tuning. But even then, given that
stations are so different, I cannot quite understand the use-case of anyone
wishing to tune in "by Ofcom licence category".

It should, however, be possible to visit media.info and ask for "all
community radio stations" (aka all stations with that kind of licence), and
I don't see that it would be particularly difficult to achieve. Let's see
if I can do that - as you'd see from
http://media.info/radio/stations/the-voice we have already imported Ofcom's
txparams and therefore highlight community licences.

As an aside - if you've not checked your stations' listing in media.info
recently, please do. You can edit it right there on the page, and hundreds
of thousands of visitors every month use it to find station details.
