[cma-l] Ofcom publishes applications for small scale DAB trials

highest proposed services that was published was 6 (2 applications that I
saw).

I agree that it doesnt in theory who manages a local DAB mux as long as
pricing is done in a fair way. In an ideal situation I would love to see
local Mux license to have to be not for profit / social gain. To try and
prevent them pricing community stations out of the market.

By the way I do consider that some commercial stations have massive social
gain, and dont see that term as exclusive to community radio.
