[cma-l] Closure of Stroud FM

The irony of the funding of local TV stations via licence fees is not lost of some of us either - they are likely to suck away advertising from small radio outlets, both commercial and community, yet are being given a handout (£150,000 in our area, I understand) which would have a far greater impact if it went to community radio.
