[cma-l] Raspberries, Steroids and Low Cost DAB

I see no real obstacles as regards the RF components and the transmission hardware.All these components are either off the shelf or standard practice at Community Radio level.And Ofcom's work has effectively sorted the rest.So it's now  just a matter of when, how many and who.
