Who’s on for a bit of fun with charity? This is where someone takes an icy
drench to raise awareness of *amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amyotrophic_lateral_sclerosis>* (ALS). Let’s
show that UK community media can make a difference. I suggest a minimum of
£5 per bucket. To donate use  *www.alsa.org <http://www.alsa.org>*  Somer
Valley FM will nominate me as CMA Chair and I will nominate another
community media organisation etc.



Please video record each challenge and upload to either Youtube or your own
website. Name the film Ice Bucket Challenge – [Insert Org Name] and in
description use #IceBucketChallenge #ALS

participants for nomination.
