Hi I am about to launch a website for my local area London Borough of
Sutton. I have terrific support from local authority and all of the key
agencies.

The second part of the plan is to develop the brand SuttonVoice into a
community radio station - starting first over the web.

I have tried hard to speak to local stations for advice but no -one has
replied. Anyone point me in the direction to tell me the costs and
procedures?
