Bit of a interesting read if your so inclined, looks like a CR station
could refuse advertising on moral or ethical grounds with little issue..

Here is a question for you.. has anyone heard of a radio station getting in
trouble by discrimination of an advertiser?

Discrimination between Broadcast Advertisers
To:

Ofcom has today issued a consultation on the Proposed
Code<http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/consultations/prevention-undue-discrimination/?utm_source=updates&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=prevention-discrimination>on
the Prevention of Undue Discrimination between Broadcast Advertisers.

Ofcom has a duty to set standards, in a code, to secure that, amongst other
things, there is no undue discrimination between advertisers who seek to
have advertisements included in television and radio services. This
consultation outlines our proposals in this area.
