[cma-l] Youth Broadcasts

Hi all

Out of (academic) interest how many community radio stations only work with
young people (under 18s) when there is staff present to support? This might
be facilitating a programme or training. And, if not, how many have young
broadcasters who create and broadcast just as adults do.

I find this interesting because, during some research, I've found both
kinds. which is more common?
