I don't normally interject in these conversations, but I thought for
once I'd make a couple of observations.

First, while I'd love to see the artists "we" play correctly rewarded
with royalties - just how practical would it be for us to have full
details of every item played logged?

Secondly a question - what royalty rates do the "community radio"
stations up in Scotland who are actually licensed as "ILR" stations
pay? Are these stations members of Radio Centre?
