[cma-l] Ofcom publishes advice to Secretary of State on proposed News Corporation / BSkyB merger

[CMA-L]

Ofcom has published a letter of advice to the Secretary of State on
the proposed merger of News Corporation and BSkyB.

This provides the Secretary of State with further advice on whether
the proposed undertakings provided by News Corporation address the
potential impact on media plurality resulting from the proposed
acquisition of BSkyB.
