[cma-l] CMA Promo

[Paul Golder]

After 15 years of existence I still have to explain to my local authority
that we are a non-profit community radio station, and not a commercial radio
station.

So I doubt a radio advert will help that task further, but maybe we could
tattoo an advert on the councillors' heads?
