[cma-l] Local TV response

Hi everyone

Thanks to everyone who has responded to my recent missives about local TV -
and the Expressions of Interest for the local spine service going to Jeremy
Hunt for tomorrow. 

I am collating opinions for the CMA statement (not an EOI as previously
explained) and will post a draft of this document to the list first thing in
the morning (Tuesday) for your comment and final submission to DCMS by close
of play tomorrow.
