[cma-l] Local election interviews

Hi Trevor

dont know heer to find the law on this but we've always been told its
Council officers who have purdah [6 weeks before the election?] -
councillors keep on talking and it's up to the broadcaster to ensure
balance.  After all, what politician doesnt want publicity?
