[cma-l] ISP for web streaming?

We've always used off the shelf broadband and had no trouble. 

Main factor is how far you are from the exchange, but even a basic 2mb down/432kb up should be okay.

We're only 1/2 mile from our Exchange and get 8mb down/832kb up and comfortably maintain simultaneous 64kb and 128kb upstreams continuously without noticeable impact on other routine use.
