[cma-l] DAB Switchover

The internet will be the future if that's not being too pedantic....  In
other words it will be the best home for community radio once, and only
once, the digital dvide has been crossed by the listeners that we most need
to reach - and that sure as #### aint happened yet.  So, community radio for
the not poor and the not old is fine on the web ....
