[cma-l] Presenter Cooperatives, Collectives, Membership schemes

Any community stations out there with experience of
organising volunteer presenters as secondary co-ops,
as collectives, or in formal membership schemes?

At WFM there are currently about half a dozen open
meetings per year for our presenters. About 1/3 of them
attend. We are aware of examples where attendance is
more or less compulsory. Any case studies?

And any thoughts on pay-to-play schemes?
