[cma-l] Community Radio - call for Expressions of Interest for small fund for production

What you need is a UK version of the FCC Part 15 (100 mw AM - Daylight
range approx 3km) rules to become a "real" radio station.  Anyone want
to lobby for a statutory instrument?
