On Radio 4's "You and Yours" consumer magazine programme last week they interviewed Ford Ennals, Chief Executive of Digital Radio UK who is promoting the radio 'amnesty':

He advises at 50' 30" that there will be no 'potential digital upgrade' until at least 2016.
