Dear all

Film London and Mediabox are hosting a showcasing, training and networking
day at Oxford House in Bethnal Green on 24th March.

Please find attached an outline program for the day summarised below.

The day will commence with a 2 hour training session run by the Management
Centre, focusing on fund-raising in the current financial climate.
Management Centre have run these trainings for us in the past and they have
always been very well received (http://www.managementcentre.co.uk/).

There will then be a ‘Show and Tell’ session where delegates can peruse some
of the media produced by Mediabox projects this year.

This will be followed by lunch which will precede a panel session on the
Games industry and then breakout sessions focusing on routes for young
people into the Games industry, radio and print journalism.

The day will end with a drinks reception.

The morning sessions are primarily aimed at adults in your organisations,
though young people are welcome. The breakout sessions could potentially be
of more interest to some young people though and any are welcome to attend
just for that hour if they would like.

Whilst this event has been primarily marketed at organisations who have
applied to Mediabox this year we now have some spare places. The event is
free but we anticipate high demand and places are limited and will be
allocated on a first come first served basis, therefore please RSVP to this
address audiencedevelopment at filmlondon.org.uk as soon as possible to secure
a place. There is a limit of 2 places per organisation.
