[cma-l] Digital Participation Fund no longer considering applications

[CMA-L]

The Digital Participation Fund, which was launched this year by the
Digital Participation Consortium, to support access to the internet,
has announced that it will no longer be proceeding with applications.
This is due to the Government re-scoping of digital participation
spending as part of the expenditure review.
