Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK) are carrying out their annual Sector
Skills Assessment (SSA) to understand current and future national
skills needs and the drivers of skills demand in the lifelong learning
sector.

The SSA identifies future skills priorities for the UK and each
nation, including skills shortages and skills gaps, along with
recommendations for addressing these issues. Findings from the
research enable employers to focus their training and development
activities to ensure best results for their organisations and the
sector as a whole. The research data contributes to the UK-wide
sector requirements and influences the policies and programmes of the
UK government and its four nations.

LLUK would like you to help us with this important study by answering
a few questions about skills issues that you might be facing as an
employer in the lifelong learning sector.

By participating in the study you are helping to ensure the accuracy
and completeness of the data. In turn the research will enable you as
an employer to plan and develop strategies to prepare for the
challenges ahead.

As a thank you for your help with this important study you will be
entered into a draw for one of four £50 Amazon vouchers.

All the information you provide will be treated as confidential in
accordance to the Data Protection Act and you will not be identified
in any research reports.

The closing date for the submission to the 2010 Sector Skills
Assessment is 31 August 2010 and the findings will be available to the
public in late 2010.
