Organised by East Lancashire Community Action Project in association with Burnley, Pendle & Rossendale Council for Voluntary Service.

Keynote speakers from National, regional, local and the third sector including major funders.

The economic downturn has put great pressure on charities, voluntary and community groups, social enterprises and not for profit organisations to become more efficient. Firstly, the Third Sector needs to get support to the people in need faster as the recession puts a huge burden on where it's needed. And secondly, Third Sector organisations themselves also face a squeeze on budgets and need to save money and improve efficiency.
