Dear Members and friends

Great to have caught up with  friends and familiar faces at the weekend in
Salford.  I was encouraged as always by recognising our strength and
collective purpose even at a time when there are significant challenges to
consider.

I've put a few words on my (new!) blog at philshep.wordpress.com plus two
sound bites from the conference - Alison Surtees talking about the Make
Media centre as part of Media City in Salford and Elonka Soros talking about
the CMA Memorandum of Understanding with the BBC.
