[cma-l] Can Community Radio impact on house prices?

I ask slightly in jest.  However, there's a regular piece in the Saturday Guardian Weekend colour supplement called 'Let's move to....'.  where they talk about living in a particular place, the good and bad aspects, schools, travel connections etc.

As part of the piece there's a bit 'from the streets' where locals talk about the area in question.  This week (16th January page 71) it was about Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex and one of the locals, Terry Cassels comments:

"A vibrant community radio station, St FM, run by volunteers"

So expect to hear estate agents expounding the virtues of the good local schools, the quaint independent shops and the vibrant community radio station when you next move home!
