REACH Programme: Community Engagement Project (England only)

REACH has funding for 40 local voluntary and community organisations
in England who are working with young Black men. Groups can receive
£500 for work which helps inspire young Black men in the areas of:

· Education
· Employment
· Enterprise
· Community development/empowerment.

The deadline for applications is 10 September 2010. Projects must be
completed by 1 March 2011.

Only Connect (UK-wide)

The Only Connect Scheme from NCVO has bursaries of £150 for
organisations to visit other organisations to learn about income
generation. The host organisation is paid a fee of £200. The scheme is
sponsored by Triodos Bank.

The next deadline is 10 September 2010. Bursaries are awarded every
three months.
