Hi

Small local or community TV budget approx 500k pa - further 300-500k for
news (DCMS agenda) £35m required to underwrite news and spectrum - also
relays necessary to achieve PSB reach. Local public service television is
set to replace regional tv as ITV retreats from regional PSB.
