[cma-l] Reporting The Election Workshop - Session Update from The Radio Academy

With Gordon Brown preparing to announce today that the UK general election
will be held on 6 May, here is a reminder of the rules.

Ofcom has published some limited amendments to its rules on Party
Political and Referendum Broadcasts ("PPRB"). This includes a
requirement that following digital switchover in Wales, Channel 4 should
carry Plaid Cymru Party Election Broadcasts at General Elections.

Detailed changes to PPRB Rules have been made and Guideline procedures
for the determination of disputes under the PPRB Rules have also been
published.
