Dear Mr Hartland

I am writing to invite you to the Westminster /e/Forum Parliamentary
Reception on Wednesday, 28^th October from 4pm to 6pm in the Terrace
Pavilion of the House of Commons. The Parliamentary sponsor is *Nigel
Evans MP*.

The informal discussion that takes place can be expected to cross a
range of current policy issues but the chosen theme is *digital
switchover and DAB*.

As is usual for Forum events, we expect this reception to be attended by
interested Members of both Houses of Parliament and officials from BIS,
DCMS, Ofcom, the ICO, UK Trade & Investment and other government
departments and agencies affected by the issues. They will be joined by
representatives from the internet, technology, telecoms and media
industries together with their advisors, interest groups, academics and
representatives of the national and trade press.

We do hope that you will welcome this opportunity to share latest
thinking with fellow stakeholders on the key issues, forge new contacts,
renew acquaintances and exchange views at what promises to be a most
enjoyable and worthwhile occasion. We are grateful to *Arqiva*, *BBC*
and *RadioCentre -- Partners in Digital Radio UK*, who are supporting
this event.

Attendance is by invitation only. Parliamentarians and senior
departmental officials receive complimentary tickets. For all other
attendees we ask for a contribution of £40 plus VAT towards the cost of
refreshments and related administration (please note terms and
conditions below). For security reasons only named delegates on our list
at the door together with a ticket can be admitted.

To reserve your place please fill in this booking form
<http://www.westminsterforumprojects.co.uk/eforum/eparlrecep_standard.html>.

know and we will try to make alternative arrangements. Places are
strictly limited and tickets will be issued on a first come first served
basis.

If you would prefer not to receive any further occasional communications
from us, please contact remove at westminsterforumprojects.co.uk
<mailto:remove at westminsterforumprojects.co.uk>, and we will remove you
from our mailing list.
