[cma-l] Station Output Recording: How do you do it?

Hi Nathan, assuming you are using Windows I hope this helps.

If you are using a seperate PC to complete the encoding, install 
something like this on the PC (doing the encoding).

http://www.mp3-wma-recorder.com/

Set to record from the stereo mix (this will record everything heard by 
the PC) or from Line In (this will record any audio input to the PC).

Despite the name it will also record to wav (but this will take lots of 
hard drive space).

Plenty of other software options for this, among them Aircheck.

If you have a spare PC even better, Just split the audio before it 
reaches the PC encoding and take an audio feed to both the encoding PC 
and the spare PC. Set to record from Line In

Linux will no doubt have a free option.
