[cma-l] A sad day for internet freedom in France

The French Senate has approved a bill which allows an internet content
regulator to impose a "three-strikes-and-you're out" rule on users
they say are illegally file-sharing.

Not only does this restrict internet freedom, but it has worrying
implications for privacy, as ISPs snoop on our data...

This comes despite an EU ruling last week on restrictions enforced by ISPs.
