[cma-l] Ofcom announces qualified applicant for Manchester area spectrum award

[CMA-L]

Ofcom has announced that Channel M Television Limited is qualified to
take part in the 758-766 MHz (Manchester area) spectrum award.

If the applicant wishes to withdraw from the award it must notify
Ofcom by 3.00 pm on Friday 30 January 2009.
