[cma-l] Radio player application for iPhone/iPod Touch

May I start a ball rolling...

Many of our commercial radio friends have developed applications for  
the iPhone/iPod Touch which enable users to listen to their stations  
directly via their phone network or WiFi. These are available as free  
downloads from the iTunes Store.

Developing "Apps" for these gadgets is now a big business so there are  
lots of developers out there. Any new Apps need to be approved by  
Apple but once they are they are freely distributed via the iTunes  
Store.

Does anyone know any developers who could create specific apps for  
individual CR stations? Maybe it could be a new service to be provided  
by the CMA?  Presumably the core app would be the same with a slight  
tweak for different stations...

Just an idea!
