[cma-l] Ofcom publishes statement on regulation of community radio services

[CMA-L]

Ofcom has today published its statement on the procedure for
considering changes to a station's key commitments, and other aspects
of community radio regulation.

This follows a public consultation published on 10 June 2008.

Each community radio station has specific key commitments which form
part of its licence and are based on the promises made in its
application.
