Exmouth's Own Radio Station, Bay FM to go online and needs a new home!

BFM is a truly locally based radio station serving the people of the
Exmouth Community run by the people of Exmouth as only the people of
Exmouth can! As Exmouth's own Community Radio Station, Bay FM is going
from strength to strength with a growing listening audience and some
very exciting plans for the coming year.

The latest plan for Bay FM is to provide a community online radio
service which will offer a voice to the Exmouth community and increase
communication across the area.  Simply by logging on to our computers,
we will be able to listen to Bay FM promoting the broad array of local
music, talent, news, views, churches, industry, leisure, culture and
retail through quality broadcasting throughout the Exmouth area.

It is also hoped that local organisations, musicians, schools in the
area, plus Exmouth Community College will feature in programmes, and
Bay FM are also aiming to offer broadcast training courses allowing
newcomers of all ages to gain access into the radio industry.

Bay FM is looking for new premises in which to base their studios
during this exciting new era. If anyone knows of suitable rooms that

    * Bay FM would be willing to pay discounted rent or accept the
premises as donation as sponsorship for the station
    * Would require 24 hour access with it's own entrance
    * Electricity & water
    * Telephone / broadband points or agreement to put them in
    * Access to toilets

Ideally the station needs approx 4/500sq ft. which can be partitioned
into rooms - something like basement would be good with its own access
for 2 main Studios, 1 Training/Editing room, 1 small room (Cupboard)
to house the transmission & necessary equipment and reception area.
