[cma-l] BBC Locals to remove 'Radio'

BBC Oxford did this some time ago as it houses a small TV studio and
some of its presenters do pieces to camera on radio-originated topics
and vice versa.
It also strongly promotes the BBC Oxford TV regional opt-out on its
afternoon and drive shows.
Quite sensible cross-marketing which unfortunately Commercial and
Community Radio can't hope to copy!
