Ofcom today published its statement on geographic interleaved awards
covering Cardiff and Manchester, setting out its intention to hold an
auction of this digital dividend spectrum in each case.  Alongside the
statement, Ofcom also published an Information Memorandum and a Notice
of its intention to make the necessary regulations for the awards,
inviting comments on drafts of the regulations by 25 November 2008.
