Shak

We use Zara: http://zararadio.org/

Simple, has an RDS plug-in and has worked reliably for months.

     Have you tried using mAirlist:

     http://www.mairlist.com/en/

     From their website:

mAirList is an easy-to-learn, easy-to-use radio automation software
for Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista, designed for the small but
professional radio station. mAirList is free for non-commercial use,
     and affordable for anyone else.

It's quite intuitive to use and there is also some supporting
     documentation.

     Hope that helps
