Hi, from testing or using aound 50 different systems here are 4 suggestions
(which do not include Myriad etc). The links for each are at the end of this
post.

Firstly I second the choice made by Bill, mAirList as an excellent starting
point.

mAirList with the forthcoming improvements (database and scheduler) will
make a very attractive option especially as it is free to community radio.

If you need any advice, help with the setup or use of the software drop me a
line, If I am unable to help I will contact Torben (the developer) directly.

My second recommendation is station playlist studio and its sister product
creator. Studio is the playout, creator the scheduler a good buy (as a
package) for around £250/£300 depending on the exchange rates.

Based in New Zealand, Ross will provide support normally within 24 hours
again feel free to ask me. We have been usng both for 3 years.

Next is Autoplus from Nick Beer and Tim Ley at WestCountry Broadcast. An
ideal call as they can also offer a OneStop Solution for all your studio
needs.

Finally Sound Sequencer SSQ, great for live assist while version 3 promises
much with improved handling of automation (the current version also handles
automation). Hopefully version 3 will be available soon.

Good price too, contact John Cantrill for the latest or Paul Moore at Ashby
Radio is a long term user who can help more.
