[cma-l] German DAB switch off

Dear all

The signs at the moment in the UK still all point to DAB or son of DAB, 
though it would have a long way to go to be of use for smaller operators 
(both community and commercial radio).  The real danger is that 
different parts of Europe might end up with different transmission 
technologies...
