[cma-l] Community television Early Day Motion - Get your MP to sign it!

Dear all

Early Day Motion no. 1013 now has 93 signatories - please if you have 
not yet done so, contact your MPs to get them to sign it - it would be 
great to get it to 150+...

Without some political will and pressure from MPs, there will be almost 
no future for community and local television in the UK, which is why the 
EDM has been tabled.

That this House congratulates Ofcom in finding a means to deliver local 
television to every household across the UK on Freeview;
and looks to the Department of Culture, Media and Sport to introduce a 
licence for the provision of local public service television
during the rollout of digital switchover.
