JOB TITLE: Project Manager for ALL FM 96.9
LOCATION: South, Central, East Manchester
SALARY: £24-27k p/a dependent on experience
TERMS: Permanent Contract.(6 month probationary period)
Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.

ALL FM is a Community Radio Station serving south, central and east 
Manchester.  We are looking for an experienced project & business 
manager to develop the station’s work.

ROLE:  You will manage & develop the business & operation of ALL FM. 
Managing a small staff team and a large volunteer team, you will be 
responsible for fundraising, income generation, budgetary & HR 
management and developing the broadcast activities of ALL FM.
Working with many partners, you will develop the station to become a 
sustainable & vibrant community enterprise working across the city.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:  You will have at least 2 years experience of managing 
a community enterprise & experience of third sector management.  You 
will need strong fundraising & income generation experience and have the 
ability to work with a wide range of partners.
Experience of radio management is not necessary, but desirable.
