[cma-l] tell the Arts Council that you're there

The Arts Council of England is surveying 'Voluntary Arts' and if we 
are serious about being a key part of that then we must get ourselves 
onto that map.

Its's as simple as going to 

http://www.artsurvey.org.uk/

We have until 29th Feb

personally I'm not sure if we're 'voluntry  arts' or 'community arts' 
or whatever - look at their criteria and make your own mind up.
