Not sure what constitutes 'major', but one very interesting system that 
seems to be absent from the list is Google Radio Automation. It's a 
development from Google's Maestro and SS32 products (which automate various 
radio playout/logging tasks).

You can see some tours of it on YouTube, and of course info on Google's 
website - just search for 'google radio automation', but I'd be very 
interested to hear if anyone has had a good look at this or seen any 
detailed independent reviews.
